Sideshow Sessions 15 – 19 augusti
Veckan som leder upp till årets tävling; Vans Pro Skate Park Series World Championship den 20:e augusti är fullspäckad med evenemang och underhållning. Först och främst är det invigning på vår nya skapelse – Kroksbäck Skatepark, sen följer deepend session på Stapeln, 90-tals inspirerad streetsession vid centralen samt tävling för alla i den nya fina skateparken i Kroksbäck på fredagen. Kroksbäck Skatepark Opening
Malmö’s newest skatepark and the first custom Vans Park Series skatepark will be unveiled with the opening ceremony on Monday August 15th. Vans riders and local rippers will put on a demo and after the ribbon-cutting ceremony there will be an open session for a limited time. The park opens fully to the public Tuesday August 23rd.
Deepend Session at Stapelbäddsparken
Wednesday August 17th, 18.00-20.00
Skateboarders from all over the world will congregate at the deep end of Stapelbäddsparken for an open session. Free to enter, tricks for cash and more gnar than you can wave a stick at. Get down, get amped and get amongst it!

Central Station Jam
Malmö Central Station back entrance, Thursday August 18th 18-20.
Skate Malmö is collaborating with Malmö Skateboards Underground to bring skateboarding to the heart of Malmö. An 80’s setup will be placed by the station all week, right next to the bands, bars and everything else the festival has to offer. On Thursday the skaters will descend on the space with cash-fueled sessions and general bedlam. Expect everything and anything.
Skate Malmö: Shred!
Friday August 18th, 11-15. Kroksbäck Skatepark.
Skate Malmö is opening up the new park for an open-entry comp the day before the Park Series final. If you are an Ultra-Bowl regular, Skate Malmö: Shred! is for you. Open entry comp, 15 and over. Session-format. Winners, cash, good times. €3000 in the mix. You don’t want to miss this!
